Life Quest early intervention employees from left are Henrieta Lewis, RN; Diane Vaughn, Family Service Coordinator and Cynthia Nañez, Early Intervention Program Manager.

Life Quest Early Intervention is proud to announce it has just been awarded another five-year contract with New Mexico's Family Infant Toddler program through the New Mexico Department of Health to provide services for infants and toddlers from birth to three years of age.

All children are different and reach developmental milestones, such as walking or language development, at different times. Sometimes children may have special developmental needs or health concerns that put a child at risk for developmental delay. Early Intervention services help these children learn and build new skills and help parents to develop the skills and knowledge to support their child's learning and development. More than 1 in 10 young children benefit from FIT early intervention services in New Mexico and all services are provided free of charge, regardless of income.

Life Quest celebrates twenty-five years of providing Early Intervention services to families and children living in the four counties of Grant, Luna, Hidalgo and Catron, and is the only non-profit provider for these services. For more information please call 575 388-3681
