Truth or Consequences, NM, August 7, 2017—For Immediate Release. Smokey Bear and the employees of the Black Range Ranger District, Gila National Forest spent a couple of hours in the evening of August 1 at the Sierra County National Night Out. Smokey Bear and the employees passed out about 165 bags of Smokey mementos and information to the participants at the National Night Out.
