Grant County Farm and Livestock Bureau members attended the New Mexico Farm and Livestock Bureau annual conference this past week in Las Cruces. This was also the centennial anniversary of the NMFLB. Along with regular members, Kurtis Welker, Emily McDonald and Katie Van Dran of Silver High FFA and Mathew Gentry from Cliff High FFA attended and participated in a statewide discussion group contest. Mathew Gentry won second overall in the contest.

Grant County also took home top honors as it was named Top County of the year for the second year in a row. A lot of people worked very hard to earn this award.
