The town of Silver City, including Mayor Ken Ladner, has kicked off its "Pick-It-Up and Toss no Mas" anti-litter program. Today, Tuesday, May 15, 2018, students from Aldo Leopold Charter School and the school's Director Wayne Sherwood headed out to pick up litter near their school on U.S. Highway 180/Silver Heights Boulevard.
