Lindsey AshinhurstLindsey AshinhurstThe Copper CowBelles awarded $1000 to Miss Lindsey Ashinhurst, a Silver High graduate, former student at University of Arizona and enrolled at Oklahoma State University now to pursue her degree in Agricultural Business. "My primary goal in my career is to stand up for the values of cattle ranchers, and use my education to expand the market for cattle", states Ashinhurst in her application. "In the two years of undergraduate studies I have remaining, I am eager to continue to develop career-ready skills and knowledge that will allow me to contribute to the agriculture industry in New Mexico."

Copper CowBelles award a scholarship annually to local youths pursuing Agriculture Careers. These funds are a primary mission of the CowBelles who actively promote the beef industry and educate consumers. Be sure to visit the Copper CowBelles booth at the Grant County Fair.
