Preceptor Tau Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi celebrated their Opening Day, August 25 at The Patio in Hurley where members held a luncheon.  Members enjoyed seeing each other and “catching up” with the events of summer. During the summer chapter members meet to celebrate summer birthdays and enjoy fellowship.   New officers for the 2018-2019 year are President, Maria Elena Sanchez; Vice President, Arlene Sarkela; Secretary, Rosalie Saiz; and Treasurer, Shelley Topmiller. Members were given their new yearbook pages and calendars.  This year’s theme is “A Quilt of Friendship” that Preceptor Tau is going to take full advantage of in the coming months. Many activities and socials have been planned and the chapter is looking forward to a busy, productive and fun-filled year.

Beta Sigma Phi is an International Sorority for women of all ages.  It promotes friendship, learning and service to themselves and their community.
