The Town of Silver Planning and Zoning Commission will hold their regular meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday June 6, 2017, at the Grant County Administration Center, 1400 Hwy 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico. The public is invited to attend. Action items on the agenda are:

Public Hearings: ZC 17-02: A Request for a Zone Change for a tract of land, from a Commercial District to Residential A described as Lot seven and the North Half of Lot Five, Block Seventeen, in Silver Heights Addition to the Town of Silver City, Grant County, New Mexico. The property address is 1707 Yucca St. and the applicant is Joseph F. Mendoza.
