Approval / Disapproval of Ordinance No. 1258: an Ordinance to amend the Official Zoning Map for several tracts of land from a Commercial District to the Residential A Single-Family (RA) District described as: a 4.343 acre tract of land being situated in the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 26, T.17S, R.14W, NMPM, Grant County, NM. The applicant is the Turkey Creek, LLC.
