The Town of Silver City Lodgers' Tax Advisory Board will hold a meeting on Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Express conference room, 1103 Superior St., Silver City, NM 88061. The agenda for the regular meeting includes: 1) Approval of the June 14, 2016 Minutes, 2) the election of the Chair and the Vice-Chair, and 3) Adjournment. Following the regular meeting the Board will hold a Closed Meeting pursuant to NMSA 1978 Section 10-5-1(H)(6) to discuss competitive sealed proposals (RFP # 16/17-2P Community Promotions) solicited pursuant to the Procurement Code (NMSA 1978 Section 13-1-28). The Closed Meeting is not open to the public.
