NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Qualifications-based competitive sealed proposals for construction services will be received by the City of Bayard for RFP No.WW-1 2017

The Contracting Agency is requesting competitive sealed proposals for the purpose of establishing a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of construction services for the Bayard Wastewater Treatment Plant 2017 Facility Improvements Project.

The following repairs and additions to the Bayard Wastewater Treatment Plant are included in the project scope:
1. Existing Effluent Lift Station - Replacement of valves, fittings and other equipment.
2. Sludge Pump Room Modifications –Plant water piping replacement.
3. Washwater Pump Building - Addition of double door on south side of building.
4. Effluent Reuse Recirculation Line - Replacement of temporary recirculation line including added valves, flow meter and fire hydrant.
5. Clarifier Safety Modifications - Handrails, ladder steps and safety gate.

Proposals will be received at Bayard City Hall, 800 Central Avenue, Bayard, NM 88023 until Friday July 27, 2017, 2:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time.

A Pre-Proposal Conference will NOT be held.
