The Town of Silver City Council will hold their regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at 6:00 at the Grant County Administration Center, 1400 Hwy 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico. The public is invited to attend. The agenda will include:
Approval of Minutes: Regular Meeting on August 22, 2017
Unfinished Business:
A. Approval / Disapproval of Ordinance No. 1261: an Ordinance amending Chapter 6 (Animals), Article II (Administration and Enforcement), Section 6-34 (Authority of Town Manager and Animal Control Officer) and Section 6-187 (Restraining and Confinement of Animals) of the Municipal Code of the Town of Silver City.
B. Approval / Disapproval of Ordinance No. 1262: an Ordinance amending Chapter 10, Article II (Business Registration), Section 10-23 of the Municipal Code of the Town of Silver City.

New Business:
A. Approval / Disapproval of the Fire Department's Fee Schedule.
B. Approval / Disapproval of a Special Dispenser Permit Application for the 2017 Rotary Benefit Auction to be held on Saturday, October 7, 2017 with alcohol service from 4:00 pm to 8:30 pm at the Grant County Veterans Memorial Business and Conference Center, 3031 Hwy. 180 E. Silver City, NM. Liquor License Holder Information: W&N Enterprises, Inc., DBA Snappy Mart #204, Liquor License # 0151, P.O. Box 559, Silver City, NM 88062.
C. Approval / Disapproval of two Public Celebration Permit Applications, and waiver of NMSA 1978 Section 60-6B-10 for alcohol sales near a church, for the American Planning Association's Reception to be held on September 27, 2017 with alcohol service from 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm at the Seedboat Gallery, 214 W. Yankie St., Silver City, NM. Liquor License Holder Information: 1) Little Toad Creek, LLC, DBA Little Toad Creek Distillery #63013, 203 S. Mill Road, Silver City, NM 88061, and 2) Little Toad Creek, LLC, DBA Little Toad Creek Brewery #67085, 203 S. Mill Road, Silver City, NM 88061.
