NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT
VILLAGE OF SANTA CLARA

The Village of Santa Clara hereby gives public notice of the intent to adopt An Ordinance Granting A Non-Exclusive Telecommunications Franchise to WNM Communications, INC., A New Mexico Corporation

A copy of the proposed ordinance may be obtained at the Village administration building, 105 N. Bayard St., Santa Clara, New Mexico. Any public comments must be submitted to the Village Clerk between October 10, 2017 and close of business on October 25, 2017, at the Village administration building if delivered in person, or if mailed, then addressed to the Board of Trustees, PO Box 316, Santa Clara, NM 88026.

Consideration of the final adoption of the proposed ordinance will not take place until at least two weeks (14 days) subsequent to the date of this notice and only at a public meeting called and held in accordance with the New Mexico Open Meetings Act, §§10-15-1 through 10-15-4, NMSA 1978. Consideration is currently scheduled for and will not take place prior to October 26, 2017 at 6:00 p.m.
