NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT

The Town of Hurley NM, hereby gives public notice of the intent to adopt An Ordinance Granting A Non-Exclusive Telecommunications Franchise to WNM Communications, A New Mexico Corporation

A copy of the proposed ordinance may be obtained at the Hurley Town Hall, 101 Cortez Ave, Hurley, NM 88043. Any public comments must be submitted to the Town Clerk between November 29, 2017 and close of business on December 11, 2017, at the Town Hall building if delivered in person, or if mailed, then addressed to the Town Council at the Town Hall address above.

Consideration of the final adoption of the proposed ordinance will not take place until at least two weeks (14 days) subsequent to the date of this notice and only at a public meeting called and held in accordance with the New Mexico Open Meetings Act, §§10-15-1 through 10-15-4, NMSA 1978. Consideration is currently scheduled for and will not take place prior to December 12, 2017 at 5:00 p.m.
