LEGAL NOTICE

The County of Grant is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to mine, process and remove sand, stone, gravel, crusher fines, and/or borrow dirt from the Hurley Pit situated in Grant County, New Mexico. The legal land description is S1/2SW1/4 OF SECTION 24 & THE N1/2 OF SECTION 25, T. 18S., R. 13W., total 67.616 acres, RFP 18-02. Deadline for bids is Wedneday, January 03, 2018, 3:00 PM MST. Bids received after this date and time will not be accepted.
