LEGAL NOTICE

The Town of Silver City Council will hold a regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2018 at 6:00 pm at the Grant County Administration Center, 1400 Hwy 180 East, Silver City, NM. The public is invited to attend. The agenda will include:
Approval of Minutes: Regular Meeting on Dec. 12, 2017
Unfinished Business:
A. Approval / Disapproval of Ordinance No. 1265: an Ordinance amending Chapter 28, Sections 28-22 (Office created) and 28-27(b) (Compensation) of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Silver City.

New Business:
A. Approval / Disapproval of Resolution No. 2018-01: Open Meetings.
B. Approval / Disapproval of Resolution No. 2018-02: a Resolution authorizing a Trails and Open Space Advisory Committee for the Town of Silver City.
C. Approval / Disapproval of a Special Dispenser Permit Application for the Gila Multi-Specialty Independent Practice Association's Annual Healthcare Provider Dinner Banquet to be held on January 26, 2018 at the Murray Hotel, 200 W. Broadway St., Silver City, NM. Alcohol Service will be from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Liquor License Holder is W&N Enterprises, Inc., DBA Snappy Mart #204, Liquor License #0151, PO Box 559, Silver City, NM 88061.
D. Approval / Disapproval of election workers for the regular municipal election to be held on March 6, 2018.
E. Approval / Disapproval to reschedule the regular Council Meeting scheduled for January 23, 2018 at 6:00 pm to January 30, 2018 at 6:00 pm at the Grant County Administration Center.
