BAYARD MUNICIPAL ELECTION
BAYARD RESIDENTS
The 2018 Municipal Election has begun for the City of Bayard. The office of the Municipal Clerk encourages all residents to participate in the local election. Those individuals who wish to exercise their right to vote must be a registered voter of Bayard. Individuals that need to register to vote may do so at the Grant County Clerk's Office at 1400 E Hwy 180, Silver City. Voter applications must be received by the Grant County Clerk on Friday, February 6, 2018 be 5:00 p.m.
ABSENTEE VOTING - Absentee voting has begun as of January 30, 2018. Applications for absentee voting are available at the Bayard City Hall, 800 Central Avenue. Absentee voting are for individuals wishing to cast their vote prior to EARLY VOTING, ballot by mail or for individuals that are Federal qualified electors and overseas voters.
EARLY VOTING - Early voting in person and by tabulation on the electronic vote tabulator begins on Monday, February 14, 2018, and will be conducted at the Bayard City Hall.
REGULAR ELECTION DAY - Regular Election Day is on Tuesday, March 6, 2018, at the Bayard Community Center, 209 Hurley Avenue, Bayard, from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
