REVISED LEGAL NOTICE
The Town of Silver Planning and Zoning Commission has changed the meeting location of their June 5, 2018 regular meeting to the City Hall Annex/Washington Federal building, 1203 N. Hudson St., Silver City, New Mexico. The location change was due to the local Primary Election being held in the Grant County Commission's Chambers where the Town's Planning and Zoning Commission meetings are usually held. The Planning and Zoning Commission meeting time has not changed and will begin at 6:00 p.m. The public is invited to attend. Action items on the agenda are:
Approval of Minutes of the regular meeting held on April 3, 2018.
Public Hearings: CU 18-01: Conditional Use Permit for property addressed 2810 Hwy 180 East, Silver City, NM to be used for Manufacturing and Production with indoor/outdoor operations with or without outdoor storage. This use requires a Conditional Use Permit in the Commercial District. The applicant is Agmechtronix, agent to property owner, Greg Cooper.
