TOWN OF HURLEY
NOTICE OF INTENT FOR ORDINANCE ADOPTION

The Council of the Town of Hurley, Grant County, New Mexico, hereby gives notice of its intent to pass, adopt and approve an amendment to Ordinance No. 73-A at its regularly scheduled meeting to be held on Tuesday, August 14, 2018:

The amendment will establish the new user fees to be charged to each participating entity of the wastewater facility for the Capital Cost Recovery, Special Recovery Costs and Operational Cost Recovery.

A copy of these proposed Ordinance in its entirety are available at the Town Hall located at 101 Cortez Avenue by any person residing within the town limits. The Ordinance will become legal and valid on August 20, 2018.
