NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

 Qualifications-based competitive sealed proposals for design professional services will be received by the Contracting Agency, City of Bayard, PO Box 728, 800 Central Avenue, Bayard, NM 88023 for RFP No.2018 CDBG Project.

The Contracting Agency is requesting proposals for professional engineering services for Project No. 2018 CDBG Street and Drainage Improvements. Proposals will be received at City of Bayard 800 Central Avenue, Bayard, NM 88023 until, Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at 2:00 p.m.

Copies of the Request for Proposals can be obtained in person at the office of: Kristina Ortiz, at PO Box 728, 800 Central Avenue, Bayard, NM 88023 or cityclerk@cityofbayardnm.com or will be mailed upon written or telephone request to Kristina Ortiz at 575-537-3327.

A Pre-Proposal Conference will not be held.
