LEGAL NOTICE

The Town of Silver City Council will hold a regular Council meeting on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at the Grant County Administration Center, 1400 Hwy 180 East, Silver City, NM. The public is invited to attend. Action items on the agenda will include:
Approval of Minutes: Regular Meeting on Oct. 9, 2018

New Business:
A. Approval / Disapproval of Bid #18/19-2: Town of Silver City 32nd Street Overlay.
B. Approval / Disapproval of Resolution No. 2018-25: a Resolution amending the approved and adopted budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019 and for municipal purpose in the Town of Silver City, NM, transferring and appropriating funds thereof.
C. Approval / Disapproval of Resolution No. 2018-26: a Resolution temporarily amending the approved and adopted budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019 and for municipal purpose in the Town of Silver City, NM, transferring and appropriating funds thereof.
D. Approval / Disapproval of Notice of Intent Ordinance No. 1274: an Ordinance providing for an Election Code for the Town of Silver City.
E. Appointment to Planning and Zoning Commission.
