LEGAL NOTICE

The Tri-City Landfill Commission will conduct a Regular Meeting on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at the Bayard City Hall beginning at 3:00 p.m. Items on the agenda will are for the June 30, 2018 and September 30, 2018 Financial Statements and 2019 Final Budget. The public is invited to attend.

If you are an individual with a disability who is in need of a reader, amplifier, qualified sign language interpreter, or any other form of auxiliary aid or service to attend or participate in the hearing or meeting, please contact the city clerk at 800 Central Avenue (537-3327) at least one week prior to the meeting or as soon as possible.
