b. Document Regarding Legislation to Convert the NM CAP Entity to a Political Subdivision – Discussion; Action or No Action
VII. New Business
a. Per Request from Howard Hutchinson – Original request from Mr. Hutchinson to “amend” the Motion of September 4, 2018 Agenda, (Item VII. a.) under New Business. Motion made by Howard Hutchinson and seconded by Ty Bays with all in favor…cannot be amended, only rescinded. Motion at 9/4/18 meeting: “To authorize the Executive Director in conjunction with the Engineering Contractor and Counsel to respond and communicate to these questions from the Joint Leads” – Has this motion already been acted on? Discussion; Action or No Action.
b. Per Request from Howard Hutchinson – “Only after Consultation with Local Proponents shall the Executive Director, Engineer, or Legal Counsel Respond to Future Requests for Information from the NEPA Joint Leads about the Proposed Projects. Information Supplied from the Local Proponents Shall be Communicated Without Edit to the Joint Leads”. Discussion; Action or No Action
c. “New Mexico Wild” – 450 River Miles of Gila River and the San Francisco River Being Proposed as being protected as Wild and Scenic and Affect the Current AWSA Diversion Project – Discussion; Action or No Action.
