LEGAL NOTICE

The annual meeting of the Southwest New Mexico Council of Governments will be held Thursday, February 28, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at the Silver City Town Annex (Upstairs). Located at 1203 N Hudson, Silver City, New Mexico.

A closed session may be called, during the regular board meeting, pursuant to NMSA 1978 10-15 (H). If you are an individual with a disability, who needs a reader, amplifier, qualified sign language interpreter or any other form of auxiliary aid or service to attend or participate in the meeting, please contact the Council of Governments office at 1203 North Hudson, Silver City, NM or 388-1509 at least one week prior to the meeting. An agenda may be obtained at 1203 North Hudson (City Hall Annex, Upstairs) in Silver City or by calling (575) 388-1509. All members are urged to attend. This meeting is open and the public is invited to attend.
