LEGAL NOTICE
REGULAR MEETING – FEBRUARY 21, 2019
The Grant County Board of Commissioners will convene in a Regular Meeting on Thursday, February 21, 2019, at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will take place in the GRANT COUNTY VETERANS MEMORIAL BUSINESS AND CONFERENCE CENTER, Silver City, NM 88061. The agenda for this meeting may be altered up to thirty-six (36) hours prior to the meeting; copies can be obtained from the County Manager’s Office or viewed online at www.grantcountynm.com. If you are an individual with a disability in need of a reader, amplifier, qualified sign language interpreter or any other form of auxiliary aide or service to attend or participate in the hearing or meeting, please contact the Grant County Manager at 1400 Highway 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico at least one (1) week prior to the meeting or as soon as possible. Open Public Hearing and Discussion Regarding Ordinance No. O-19-02; entitled an Ordinance Authorizing the Issuance and Sale of Grant County, New Mexico General Obligation Bonds, Series 2019, in an Aggregate Principal Amount not to Exceed $8,000,000 (the “bonds”) Payable from Ad Valorem Taxes Levied on all Taxable Property within the County, Levied without Limit as to Rate or Amount; Approving the Delegation of Authority to make certain Determinations Regarding the Sale of the Bonds Pursuant to the Supplemental Public Securities Act; Providing for the Form, Terms and Conditions of the Bonds, the Manner of their Execution, and the Method of, and Security for, Payment; Approving Notice of Sale, Disclosure and other Documents Relating to the Bonds; Ratifying Action Previously Taken in Connection therewith; Repealing all Ordinances in Conflict herewith; and Providing for other Details Concerning the Bonds
