REMINDER FOR BAYARD RESIDENTS

The City of Bayard will be providing each utility account the service of disposing — one free pick-up truck load of yard waste during the month of May 2019. Additional loads must be paid prior to being picked up. All yard waste must be placed at the curbside for pick-up. Alley ways and sidewalk easement areas are the adjoining property owner’s responsibility. Citations will be issued if these areas are not maintained.

Construction materials in small amounts and appliances will be billed at a rate of $15.75 per pick-up truck load.

Beginning June 2019, code enforcements initiatives will be conducted. Citations will be issued to property owners having dilapidated buildings, junked vehicles, debris or are overgrown with vegetation – includes alley and sidewalk easement areas.

Please contact Bayard City Hall at 575-537-3327 to schedule your free pick-up truck load. Only residents placed on the pick-up list will be serviced.
