b. Discuss and Approve or Not Approve the Preliminary NM Unit Operation and Business Strategic Plan: Discussion; Action or No Action.

a. Review Preliminary Draft Environmental Impact Statement (PDEIS) and Provide Comments as Requested by the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation if Necessary. Discussion; Action or No Action.
b. Discussion on Potential Amendment of Proposed Action of the NM Unit Based on the PDEIS Description and Preliminary Economic Analysis. Discussion; Action or No Action.
c. Discussion to Approve or Not Approve Work Order CAP-1903P, Continuation of NEPA Support/Engineering Related to the NM Unit and Application of a 404 Permit to the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers. Discussion; Action or No Action.
d. Discussion to Approve or Not Approve Work Order CAP-1904-P, Continuation and Refinement of the Operations and Business Plan of the NM Unit. Discussion; Action or No Action.

IX. Next Meeting – Regular Meeting Date would be August 6, 2019, but due to the Grant County Commissioners having a workshop, that date will not be available. August 6, 8, 20, 22 of 2019 are not available dates for us to have our meeting. We will need to choose another day.
