D. Approval / Disapproval of Resolution 2023-13: A RESOLUTION TO NOTIFY THE
GRANT COUNTY CLERK OF ALL ELECTIVE POSITIONS TO BE FILLED AT THE
REGULAR LOCAL ELECTION TO BE HELD ON NOVEMBER 7, 2023.
E. Approval / Disapproval of Guadalupe Cano's candidacy for the New Mexico
Municipal League Board of Directors.
12. Approval / Disapproval of Closed Executive Session pursuant to NMSA 1978 Section 10-15-
l(H)(6) for meetings subject to the attorney-client privilege pertaining to threatened or pending l itigation in which the public body is or may become a participant;
