LEGAL NOTICE

The Bayard City Council will conduct a Special Meeting on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. at the Bayard City Hall, 800 Central Avenue, Bayard, NM 88023.  The Special Meeting will include approval of hiring of the clerk/treasurer, hiring of maintenance leadman, approval of administrative pay adjustments and a Closed Executive Session/Action held pursuant to 10-15-1 (H-2. H-6) pertaining to limited personnel matters. The Closed Executive Session is not open to the public and all final actions will be taken during open session (open to the public).  The agenda may be altered up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting; copies can be obtained from the City Clerk’s Office or viewed online at www.cityofbayardnm.com .   

The public is invited to attend.  If you are an individual with a disability who is in need of a reader, amplifier, qualified sign language interpreter, or any other form of auxiliary aid or service to attend or participate in the hearing or meeting, please contact the city hall at 800 Central Avenue (537-3327) at least one week prior to the meeting or as soon as possible.

The next regular meeting will be held on Monday, April 8, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. Any person wishing to be placed on the agenda should contact the City Hall no later than 4:30 PM on the Wednesday preceding the posted date for the next regular meeting.
