The Beat charges $15 plus GRT per each legal notice that is not covered on an annual contract. Screenshot affidavits will be emailed at no extra charge.

For extra services, such as required notarized affidavits from a printout of a screenshot of the ad, it will be $25 per posting. If you want something posted three times, that will be the $45 plus $75 for a convenience fee.

To All Potential Offerors:

Per NMSA 13-1-131, RFP for the Facilities Master Plan for the Silver Consolidated Schools is cancelled. Said cancellation is in the best interest of the District.

Silver Consolidated Schools has determined that it is in the best interest of District to terminate RFP #2023-2024-03 SCS Facilities Master Plan 2024-2029 and re-issue it at a later date in the very near future.

We encourage all participants in RFP No. 2023-2024-03 to participate in the forthcoming RFP #2023-2024-05 for Facilities Master Plan. You will receive a Courtesy Notification when RFP #2023-2024-05 is issued.

Intent To Consider Renaming Facility

INTENT TO CONSIDER RENAMING FACILITY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Silver Consolidated Schools Board of Education met at their Regularly Scheduled Board Meeting on August 21, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. where the board declared their INTENT to RENAME the Silver High School Band Room/Band Hall after the late Mr. David Kendrick, Retired Silver High School Band Director. As per SCS Policy F-1400 FF the Board shall wait at least sixty (60) days before making its final determination to approve or disapprove naming or renaming a building or facility via local media prior to the next regularly scheduled Board Meeting. Public feedback is welcome.
