The Beat charges $15 plus GRT per each legal notice that is not covered on an annual contract. Screenshot affidavits will be emailed at no extra charge.

For extra services, such as required notarized affidavits from a printout of a screenshot of the ad, it will be $25 per posting. If you want something posted three times, that will be the $45 plus $75 for a convenience fee.

Bayard City Council to hold work session and regular meeting September 11, 2023

LEGAL NOTICE

The Bayard City Council will conduct a work session at 5:30 p.m. and a Regular Meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Monday September 11, 2023 at the Bayard City Hall. Attendance of City Council members will be in person.  Items on the agenda relate to old and new business matters. The agenda may be altered up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting; copies can be obtained from the City Clerk’s Office or viewed online at www.cityofbayardnm.com . A Closed Session may be held pursuant to 10-15-1 (H-2) NMSA 1978 for limited personnel matters.

The public is invited to attend.  If you are an individual with a disability who is in need of a reader, amplifier, qualified sign language interpreter, or any other form of auxiliary aid or service to attend or participate in the hearing or meeting, please contact the city clerk at 800 Central Avenue (537-3327) at least one week prior to the meeting or as soon as possible.

The next regular meeting will be held on Monday September 25, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. Any person wishing to be placed on the agenda should contact the City Clerk no later than 1:30 PM on the Wednesday preceding the posted date for the next regular meeting.
