For extra services, such as required notarized affidavits from a printout of a screenshot of the ad, it will be $25 per posting. If you want something posted three times, that will be the $45 plus $75 for a convenience fee.

Bayard City Council to hold work session and regular meeting on August 28,, 2023

The Bayard City Council will conduct a work session at 5:30 p.m. and a Regular Meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Monday August 28, 2023 at the Bayard City Hall. Attendance of City Council members will be in person.  Items on the agenda relate to old and new business matters. The agenda may be altered up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting; copies can be obtained from the City Clerk’s Office or viewed online at www.cityofbayardnm.com . A Closed Session may be held pursuant to 10-15-1 (H-2) NMSA 1978 for limited personnel matters.

SCSB Asbestos Management Plan for inspection

NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Silver Consolidated Schools Board of Education announces the continued availability of the Asbestos Management Plan for inspection. This plan is required under the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) and is available at the Silver Consolidated Maintenance Office located between Silver High School and La Plata Middle School on N. Silver Street, Silver City, NM. A copy of the Management Plan is also available in the Principal's Office of each school in the district.

During the month of June 2023 The Havona Environmental Company of Albuquerque, NM conducted the AHERA 3 year Reinspection of all Asbestos Containing Building Materials in all Silver Consolidated School District facilities visually and identified any changes that may have occurred in the condition of Imown or assumed Asbestos Containing Building Materials.
