The Beat charges $15 plus GRT per each legal notice that is not covered on an annual contract. Screenshot affidavits will be emailed at no extra charge.

For extra services, such as required notarized affidavits from a printout of a screenshot of the ad, it will be $25 per posting. If you want something posted three times, that will be the $45 plus $75 for a convenience fee.

The Bayard City Council will conduct a work session at 5:30 p.m. and a Regular Meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Monday July 10, 2023 at the Bayard City Hall. Attendance of City Council members will be in person.  Items on the agenda relate to old and new business matters.
