For extra services, such as required notarized affidavits from a printout of a screenshot of the ad, it will be $25 per posting. If you want something posted three times, that will be the $45 plus $75 for a convenience fee.

REGULAR MEETING – June 8, 2023
The Grant County Board of Commissioners will convene in a Regular Meeting on Thursday, June 8, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will take place in the Commission Meeting Room at the Grant County Administration Center located at 1400 Highway 180 East, Silver City, NM 88061. The agenda for the Regular Meeting may be altered up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting; copies can be obtained from the County Manager’s Office or viewed online at www.grantcountynm.gov. If you are an individual with a disability in need of a reader, amplifier, qualified sign language interpreter or any other form of auxiliary aide or service to attend or participate in the hearing or meeting, please contact the Grant County Manager at 1400 Highway 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico at least one (1) week prior to the meeting or as soon as possible. The meeting will be livestreamed on the County Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/GrantCountyNM/ and available later as a recording on the County’s website at www.grantcountynm.gov.

NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT ORDINANCE NO. O-23-05
NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners, constituting the governing body of Grant County, New Mexico will consider the adoption of an ordinance (the "Ordinance") entitled: ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 12-03- REPEALING SUNSET CLAUSE FROM COUNTYWIDE EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES TAX INCREMENT.
The Ordinance may be adopted at a Regular Meeting of the Board on June 8, 2023, at 9:00 a.m., following the opportunity for public input in the Commission Chambers in the Grant County Administration Building, 1400 Highway 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico in the County, being the regular meeting place of the Board.
