For extra services, such as required notarized affidavits from a printout of a screenshot of the ad, it will be $25 per posting. If you want something posted three times, that will be the $45 plus $75 for a convenience fee.

LEGAL NOTICE
The Bayard City Council will conduct a Special Meeting on Thursday, April 24, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. at the Bayard City Hall, 800 Central Avenue, Bayard, NM 88023. The Special Meeting will include a Closed Executive Session held pursuant to 10-15-1 (H-2) pertaining to limited personnel matters; Maintenance Department. The Closed Executive Session is not open to the public and all final actions will be taken during open session (open to the public). The agenda may be altered up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting; copies can be obtained from the City Clerk's Office or viewed online at www.cityofbayardnm.com.

The Board of Regents of Western New Mexico University will meet on Friday, April 28, 2023 beginning at 8:30 a.m. in Executive Session at the Serna Conference Room located in the Castorena Administration Building. Grant County Fire Management - Title III Funds
The Grant County Fire Management Officer Randy Villa will use Title III funds to continue to hold community meetings in the wildland urban interface areas of Grant County. Mr. Villa will advocate for more fire wise communities and assist in fire wise risk reduction in those communities.
The County Chipper will also be available for those communities wishing to chip their slash piles.
