The Beat charges $15 plus GRT per each legal notice that is not covered on an annual contract. Screenshot affidavits will be emailed at no extra charge.

For extra services, such as required notarized affidavits from a printout of a screenshot of the ad, it will be $25 per posting. If you want something posted three times, that will be the $45 plus $75 for a convenience fee.

Tuesday, February 27, 2024 - 5:00 P.M.

The Council of the Town of Hurley will hold a Workshop on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. at the Hurley Community Center at 302 Carrasco Avenue in Hurley, New Mexico for Discussion of Recreational Improvements, Discussion of increases for garbage collection and landfill fees for residents living in city limits and commercial users, Discussion of Communication Plan and Discussion of Animal Control Ordinance. This meeting is open to the public and residents are encouraged to attend or stream via Zoom at https://us06web.zoom.us/j/87902861133  . A copy of the agenda will be available at the Hurley Town Hall and online at www.townofhurley.us   on Friday, February 23, 2024.  If you are an individual with a disability who is in need of a reader, amplifier, qualified sign language interpreter, or any other form of auxiliary aid or service attend or participate in the hearing or meeting, please contact the office of the Clerk at 101 Cortez Avenue or call 575-537-2287 at least one week prior to the meeting or as soon as possible.  Public documents including the agenda and minutes can be provided in various accessible formats if needed.

This is not a formal meeting of the Grant County Commission and no action will be taken.
