Special Meeting - May 24, 2017
The Grant County Board of Commissioners will convene in a Special Meeting on Wednesday, May 24, 2017, at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will take place in the Commission Meeting Room at the Grant County Administration Center located at 1400 Highway 180 East, Silver City, NM 88061.
The purpose of the meeting is for disclosure regarding the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for operation of the Cancer Center at Gila Regional Medical Center. The agenda for this meeting may be altered up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting; copies can be obtained from the County Manager's Office or viewed online at www.grantcountynm.com. If you are an individual with a disability in need of a reader, amplifier, qualified sign language interpreter or any other form of auxiliary aide or service to attend or participate in the meeting or hearing, please contact the Grant County Manager at 1400 Highway 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico at least one (1) week prior to the meeting or as soon as possible. The Town of Silver City Council will hold a public hearing during its regular meeting on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at 6:00 pm at the Grant County Administration Center, 1400 Hwy 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico. The public is invited to attend. Action items on the agenda will include:

Public Hearing:
A. Approval / Disapproval of PV17-01: a request for a partial subdivision plat vacation of part of Blocks 2, 6 and 7 and all of Blocks 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14, and parts of Sotol Loop, Sotol Street, Tesajo Street, Senna Street, Agave Street, Verbena Street, Cholla Street, Vicente Circle, Chamiso Place, Sacaton Street and Sacate circle Rio Vicente Subdivision, Town of Silver City, Grant County, NM. The Contracting Agency is requesting proposals for professional ENGINEERING SERVICES.

Proposals will be received at Bayard City Hall, 800 Central Avenue, Bayard, NM 88023 until June 7, 2017, 2:00 PM.
