CLAY Festival Farm-to-Table Fundraiser

Download as iCal file

Saturday, July 22, 2017, 06:00pm - 09:00pm

Locally grown food from Silver City Farmer's Market vendors. The menu of chilled beet and chipotle soup, pit-roasted lamb, black beans, nopales con queso fresco, blue corn mesquite tortillas, salad, and a special dessert will be prepared by local chefs from your favorite Silver City restaurants. Gruet Winery will provide the wine. In keeping with the spirit of CLAY, dining participants will bring their favorite ceramic place setting to dine on and the best place setting will be awarded a prize. Funds raised will help support the CLAY Festival in its efforts to foster an entrepreneurial spirit that engages local businesses, artists, and the global community in a unified enthusiasm for CLAY leading to rural economic sustainability. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Volunteer Center's Food Bank and the Silver City Farmer's Market.
