The Mimbres Valley 13th Annual Harvest Festival 10:00AM - 4:00PM, San Lorenzo Elementary School at 2655 Hwy 35. The festival takes place behind the school and will have artisan & craft vendors, information & activity booths from the US Forest Service, the Gila Cliff Dwellings, the Grant County Archaeological Society, and more! Local Volunteer Fire Departments will show off their equipment.

Since it is the harvest we will have a Farmer & Growers’ Market highlighting locally raised produce and food products. Outside food vendors include Taste of the Philippines, TGIFrybread, the Harvest Bakery, Elk Xing Cafe and the Duck Stop. Our famous Best Pie in the Mimbres contest will be even bigger this year. There will be organized children’s activities and a raffle of two children’s bikes. We will have live music starting at 11:00AM. Our BIG RAFFLE continues with over 14 prizes — with the list beginning with a trailer of firewood, and an airplane flight over the MImbres. Sign-up for our Horseshoe Competition begins at 11:00AM. Free Health Fair in the school runs from 9:30AM until 2:00PM.

Volunteers with golf carts will be available to help those in need get to the back of the school from a drop-off at the entry gate to the school. Please look for more details on our website at www.mimbresfest.com or call 575-536-3687.
