The SW Women's Fiber Arts Collective (SWFAC) will have a pop-up fiber arts sale on Friday and Saturday, October 5 and 6 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. next to Soul River Gallery located at 400 N. Bullard St. This is a great opportunity to purchase high quality fiber art locally. Everything is handmade by members skilled in their particular fiber art including quilting, silk painting, felting, weaving, knitting and more. Each item is handmade and unique. Come by and treat yourself to something special!

This is the second Pop-up gallery held this year and will be a preview of the expansive Holiday Fiber Art Sale coming up November 23 and 24 at the Grant County Conference Center. That show will feature many fiber artisans from the region.

Southwest Women's Fiber Arts Collective (SWFAC) is a grassroots 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with the goal of stimulating and supporting successful cottage industry in the Southwest. It provides communication and information among artisans, guilds, art & craft shows, sales, classes, teachers, and others in Fiber Arts. By creating a networking structure we improve opportunities for all working in Fiber Arts to gain skills and financial independence.

The mission of the SW Women's Fiber Arts Collective is celebrate fiber art and realize its economic potential; nurture and empower both novice and skilled fiber artists; enrich the community by fostering opportunities to experience, learn, and earn.
