Grant County Community Concert Association – Frisson Wind Ensemble concert - Live Music

The group’s name is taken from the French word Frisson which means “a sudden burst of excitement” or “a shiver and a thrill”.  This is the feeling/emotion concert goers can expect to experience at a concert by the Frisson Wind Ensemble.
The Frisson Wind Ensemble from New York City features the best and brightest rising stars of classical music. The ensemble is comprised of clarinet, oboe, bassoon and piano, and performs a wide variety of music for woodwinds and piano. Their concerts feature selections from
by Gershwin, Scott Joplin, Mozart, Beethoven, John Phillips Sousa, and more.
