Western New Mexico University’s Foundation hosted its annual Hats in the Garden fundraiser on Sunday, Oct. 1, 2017. In honor of the University’s 125th anniversary, the theme was Victorian Impressionism and the entertainment included a fashion show of vintage clothing.
