Tour of the Gila welcomes Primal Wear as the official jersey sponsor for this year's April 18-22 event. Founded in 1992 and based in Denver, Colorado, Primal is a leading designer and manufacturer of premier cycling apparel for teams, clubs and events around the world.

The general classification red leader jersey will feature the Zia symbol from the New Mexico state flag, a theme that will run throughout the leader jerseys in 2018. The sun is sacred to the Zia people and the symbol is a red circle with groups of rays pointing in four directions.

Bryan and Lynn Robinson of Southwest Bone & Joint Institute return as the sponsors of the white best young rider competition, along with Freeport-McMoRan for the king and queen of the mountain Zia polka-dot leader jersey. SkyWest Media, a consulting, marketing, and media firm with offices in Silver City, New Mexico, and Tucson, Arizona, will again sponsor the green sprinter jersey.
