The Grant County Community Health Council is conducting a community health assessment (CHA) and we want your voice included. The last time an assessment was done was 2012/2013. It's time to update the information. Many organizations, local municipalities, non-profits, and others use this information when applying for funding so this is a crucial project for our community, and YOUR VOICE IS MOST IMPORTANT to determine what our current needs and priorities are.
