Election night results 110618

These are preliminary not yet canvassed results from Grant County voters, with 35 of 35 precincts at least partially reporting, as of 8:56 p.m.

For United State Senator, incumbent Martin T. Heinrich has received 6,572 votes; Gary E. Johnson 1,418; and Mick Rich 3,552.

For U.S. Representative District 2, Xochitl Torres Small has received 6,983 and Yvette Herrell 4,465.

For governor and lieutenant governor, Michelle Lujan Grisham and Howie C. Morales have received 6,681 and Steve Pearce and Michelle Garcia Holmes 4,672.

For NM secretary of state incumbent Maggie Toulouse Oliver received 6,810; Ginger Grider 542; and Gavin Clarkson 4,079.

For state auditor, Brian S. Colón received 6,810 and Wayne Johnson, 4,585 out of 6,707.

For state treasurer, Tim Eichenberg has 6,608 votes and Arthur L. Castillo, 4,690.

For attorney general, incumbent Hector Balderas received 7,331; A. Blair Dunn 467; and Michael Eugene Hendricks 3,691.

For commissioner of public lands, Stephanie Garcia Richard has received 6,180; Michael G. Lucero 582; and Patrick H. Lyons 4,664.

For state representative district 32, Candie G. Sweetser has received 20 votes in Grant County to Laura C. Boyd's 16.

For state representative district 38, Karen C. Whitlock has received 3,972 and Rebecca L. Dow, 3,740.

For state representative district 39, Rodolpho S. Martinez has received 2,518 to Lee S. Cotter's 1,148.

For public regulation commissioner, district 5, Stephen H. Fischmann has received 6,784 to Ben L. Hall's 4,525.

Public education commissioner district 6, unopposed Michael M. Chavez has received 7,048 votes.

For justice of the supreme courts, Michael E. Vigil has received 6,907 votes to Gary L. Clingman's 4,408.

For judge of the Court of Appeals, position 1, Kristina Bogardus has received 6,508 and Stephen G. French, 4,730.

For judge of the Court of Appeals, position 2, Jacqueline R. Medina has received 6,745 votes and Hank Bohnhoff, 4,478.

For judge of the Court of Appeals, position 3, Briana H. Zamora has received 6,647 to Emil J. Kiehne's 4,593.

For judge of the Court of Appeals, position 4, Megan P. Duffy has received 6,403 to Daniel Jose Gallegos' 4,785.

For judge of the Court of Appeals, position 5, Jennifer Lattrep was unopposed and has received 7.933, votes.

For Sixth Judicial district court, division 1, Tom F. Stewart has received 6,170 votes to the 5,510 received by William J. Perkins out of 11,320 votes.

Magistrate judge, division 1, Maurine Laney is unopposed and has garnered 8,533 voters.

Magistrate judge, division 2, Hector C. Grijalva is unopposed and has received all 8,291 votes

For Grant County commissioner district 1, Chris M. Ponce has received 1,278 to Sheila A. Hudman's 712 out of 1,990 votes.

For Grant County commissioner district 2, Javier C. Salas has received 1,403 to Tyson R. Bays' 769 out of 2,172.

For county assessor, unopposed Raul Turrieta has received 8,402 votes.

For county sheriff, Frank L. Gomez has received 7,131 to Raymond M. Tavizon Jr.'s 4,182.

For probate judge Mary Ann Sedillo was unopposed and has received 7,888 votes.

For judicial retention, J. Miles Hanisee, as judge of the court of appeals, has received 5,991 yes votes and 2,731 no votes.

Constitutional amendment 1 to give the legislature authority to provide for appellate jurisdiction by statute has received 5,089 votes for and 4,319 against.

Constitutional amendment 2 proposing to create an independent state ethics commission has received 7,220 votes for and 2,991 votes against.

Bond question A Capital Projects General Obligation Bond for senior citizen facility improvement has received 7,217 votes for and 3,217 votes against.

Bond question B Capital Projects General Obligation Bond for library acquisition has received 7,101 votes for and 3,435 against.

Bond question C Capital Projects General Obligation Bond for school buses has received 6,959 votes for and 3,441 against.

Bond question D Capital Projects General Obligation Bond for higher education has received 6,918 for votes and 3,615 against.

Grant County's remodeling/addition bonds not to exceed $4 million have received 7,568 votes for and 3,006 votes against.

Grant County's road construction and repair bonds not to exceed $4 million have received 8,624 votes for and 2,018 against.
