The annual TommyKnocker bicycle race, put on by Zia Rides, took place on 12 miles of Fort Bayard trails on March 9, 2019. The day before it rained and snowed a bit, which kept the dust down for the 260 riders who signed in to do laps during the 10 hours of racing between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. The number of laps and the time those laps were completed determined the winners.
