SANTA FE - Governor Susana Martinez will attend an annual awards dinner for employees of the New Mexico State Parks Division this evening in Albuquerque and present the Governor's Award to two employees for their outstanding service to the state. Sarah Wood of Santa Fe, an employee of Cerrillos Hills State Park, is being recognized with the 2010 Governor's Award for building community partnerships, streamlining park operations, and creative management skills. Jared Langenneger of Tucumcari, Northeast Regional Manager for the State Parks Division, will be presented with the 2011 Governor's Award for his leadership in fighting the Track Fire that devastated Sugarite Canyon State Park and his commitment to recovery and restoration efforts following the fire.
