Deputy advised subjects left upon request.

Unwanted subject
Mountain View Drive
Caller advised there are people at this residence that shouldn’t be/believes they have hooked up electricity illegally. Deputy made contact and advised negative on electricity being stolen/all other issues are civil matters.

Domestic disturbance
Racetrack Road – Arenas Valley
A named individual is threatening to hurt caller.

Burglary
Mesa Road – Cliff
Caller advised that she is moving and someone has burglarized her house.

Battery
11820 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a male threatened him and pushed him because he said caller had parked too close to his car.

Harassment
Sandalwood Avenue
Caller advised her son has threatened to burn their house down and do damage to their garage. Deputy set frequent patrol for the next month.

Tuesday, Aug. 8

Suspicious vehicle
Rosedale and Country roads
Dispatch made contact with a named female who advised that her son borrowed her vehicle and thinks he possibly ran out of gas.

Weapons fired
Kneeling Nun Road – Hanover
Caller heard about six shots. Caller called back advising he heard five more shots. Second caller advised she heard 10 gunshots. Deputy advised in area of Miners Legend/out at a miners Legend address attempting to make contact.

Gold Rush Road – Hanover
Caller advised she heard what happened with the shots fired and would like to speak to a deputy about the incident. Deputy advised caller was told to call dispatch every time they hear shots fired.

Welfare check
Delk Drive – Sunrise Estates
Caller advised she has not spoken to her father in two weeks and it is unlike him not to respond/he is on medication. Deputy advised negative contact/neighbor advised if he sees him he will call.

Weapons fired
Mobile Drive
Caller advised someone is shooting a rifle across the arroyo. Deputy had negative contact. A second deputy advised made contact with subjects who were shooting/they are okay/they are about 300 yards from any dwelling.

Deputy has contact with vehicle on this property.

Welfare check
Highway 180 @Santa Clara Armory
Caller advised that an elderly male is walking with a cane and is having trouble walking. Deputy had contact with the male who is in the middle of the road/has address.

Wednesday, Aug. 9

Game and Fish
S. Highway 90 and Cullum Road
Injured deer in the roadway/looks like someone hit it/I am going to put it down.

Larceny
Truck Bypass
Caller advised that a named male stole money from her purse inside her house yesterday. Deputy made contact and caller does not want to file charges/she wants to try and talk to him about the money first/if not she will call back.

Larceny
Highway 35 – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised gas from a big gas tank was taken. Deputy advised negative on larceny/the operator turned the nozzle the wrong way/the tank is full.

Welfare check
North Hurley Road
Caller advised that their daughter is possibly fighting with a named male. Deputy made contact with caller advising the daughter did have a domestic and came here to cool off.

Stolen motor vehicle
Lobo Drive – Cliff
Caller advised that a named male stole her sister’s white, single-cab, two-ton pickup and has it at another Lobo Drive address.

Suspicious vehicle
Gomez Peak
Deputy advised that contact was made with a male in the vehicle who advised he was there because he had an argument with his mother.

Thursday, Aug. 10

Welfare check
Bear Canyon Lake
Welcheck on a named male’s two kids per CYFD. Deputy made contact and advised the children and everyone is okay.

Accident-property damage
1401 Tom Foy Blvd – Bayard
Truck hit drive-thru lane post. Deputy advised semi involved/send NMSP.

Suspicious vehicle
Bayard Street – Santa Clara
Deputy advised that this is a vacant home and subject advised that a female hired him to paint the walls on the side of the house.

Burglary
Country Club Road
Walk-in advised that sometime in the last three weeks his residence was broken into and items were stolen. Walk-in stated he is out of town a lot.

Mimbres Yucca Drive – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised she has not spoken to her father in three days/her brother will not let her speak to her father. Deputy made contact with father and he is okay/a named male has his phone so father did not have a way to contact anyone/deputy will be calling caller/ negative contact – left a message.

Caller advised her husband left the home and he has dementia. Deputy out at residence.

Criminal damage to property
Enchanted Trail – Pinos Altos
Caller advised that his neighbor shot at his drone while he was flying it.

Breaking and entering
Mesa Road – Cliff
Caller advised her daughter’s house looks like it has been broken into/unknown if anything taken/her daughter is in California.
