49-year-old male veteran threatening suicide at this location/wants to use a knife to kill himself/has a history of PTSD and suicidal ideations. Male is on the phone with crisis counselor at this time stating he needs to go to GRMC.

Orchard Street
Caller advised he found his neighbor in his bed deceased/he did have cancer in his lungs. OMI2 en route ETA 20 minutes.

Unwanted subject
Fahey Street
Husband refusing to leave. Officer advised he has two outstanding warrants.

Weapons fired
N. Foy Street and Central Avenue
A named male shot at someone and left in a white BMW/unknown direction of travel. Officer found bullet casing by the corner of Central and Foy/out at the East Street apartments.

Breaking and entering
N. Railroad Street
Caller advised that someone is trying to get into residence/caller does have a BB gun on her.

B Street
Caller advised that two kids are home alone with no food/unknown where mother is at this time. Caller advised she is on her way over with her grandson to take them food/she is not related. Advised the little boy went to her daughter’s house asking for a flashlight because they do not have electricity. Officer on scene advising it does appear that there is . . .

CYFD reported there is domestic violence in the home. Officer had negative contact.

Caller advised that a mother and daughter are texting him and he has no idea who they are.

Wednesday, Aug. 16

Domestic disturbance
S. Cleveland Street
Caller advised that a named female is outside arguing with a named male. Officer made contact with female and she will not be going back.

Thursday, Aug. 17

Welfare check
S. Prescott Street
Caller advised that a mother is beating her small male child/caller can hear the little boy screaming and crying and hear the mother yelling at the little boy. Officer made contact with the mother and advised everything is okay.
