A named female and a named male are having a domestic/male yelling, “Just go ahead and swallow it.” Caller called back advising that the male is outside pacing back and forth and picking up sticks and looks like he wants to do something.

Caller advised that her father-in-law is intoxicated and is refusing to let her take him home/he was kicked out of the restaurant for urinating outside in public. Officers advised clear/en route with one male to a N. Silver Street address.

DV order violation
N. Silver Street
Caller advised that her ex showed up to her place of work/he keeps trying to see their children but he’s not allowed to until he gets a mental evaluation. Officer advised will pick up a copy of the DVO.

Caller advised that her daughter was beat up by a named female but she does not need medical attention.

Suspicious vehicle
2 Ridge Road
Officer advised vehicle is unoccupied/will keep an eye on it throughout the night.

Tuesday, Aug. 22

Harassment

Caller advised that a named male was taking pictures of her.

Caller wants a CTW on a pregnant named female/she is not there at this time.

1814 N. Swan Street
Caller advised that a female is leaning against her car door under the gas bay. Officer made contact and advised she is okay, just waiting for a friend to call.

Unwanted subject
100 N. Rosedale Road
Caller advised that a male was peeing on the side of the wall and is now in the store at the photo lab. Officer made contact and issued the male an indefinite CTW for Walgreens.

Criminal trespass warning
610 Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller advised that a female is trying to get a refund for items she did not pay for/she left toward town in a red Ford SUV. Officer put out ATL for the female to issue an indefinite CTW.

1235 E. Highway 180
Deer down in the road, still alive. NMSP officer advised out with subject who hit deer. SCPD officer advised calling a named individual to get the deer/negative contact/will call again.

Caller advised that male guest had his backpack stolen.

Caller requested a CTW be issued to a named female and a named male who are in the parking lot in a Toyota pickup. Officer made contact and issued the pair indefinite CTWs for Motel 6.

Caller advised that caller was told that her son wanted nothing to do with her and caller is afraid her son is being influenced by his dad’s girlfriend. Officer made contact and advised everything is okay/will call caller.

Caller advised that a guy and a girl who are walking up 180 and pulling a wagon on a bicycle are walking in and out of traffic. Officer made contact and advised they are trying to get to Walmart and are not walking in the roadway/everything is okay.

Caller called requesting help/she was crying and screaming that we don’t help and we are crooked and she wants help. Officer made contact advising the female refused any medical treatment and advised she is okay.

Named female keeps calling non-emergency line and keeps disconnecting the line. Upon callback the female advised that “Carlos” is there and she didn’t want him there. Officer made contact and advised everything is okay.

Wednesday, Aug. 23

Unwanted subject
W. 7th and N. Texas streets
Caller advised that his sister’s ex-boyfriend is outside her house and she does not want him there. Caller advised that his sister will not call LE so he had to. Officer made contact and advised they did get him to leave.

2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a female has been hanging around the store for the past two days and she has not purchased this sweater but she is walking around wearing it/negative on a CTW. Officer made contact with female/no record found out of NM or AZ/female left store.

Female was crying then disconnected the line/negative contact upon callback.

Is in area from Santa Fe for drug treatment program/last seen at Walmart. Officer advised she is going to be picked up by her mom and they will take her back to Santa Fe.

Caller from crisis center advised that a named male was having suicidal ideations, advising he was going to end his life today.

Caller advised he was let out of the hospital and he is schizoid/he is now at the bus stop across the street. Officer made contact and advised the male advised he is okay/negative on wanting to hurt himself.

Caller advised she has a CTW on a named male and he is at her address. Advised he is now walking straight down Luck Street/he did not start problems with her.

Female running away from a male headed west on 180. Officer made contact with male and female advising both have valid driver’s licenses/clear.

Caller advised a male just stole liquor. Officer made contact with male on Canal Street/male has two outstanding warrants, one for FTA – bond to be set, and one for FTP with a $200 cash bond. Officer advised will cut male loose because of medical . . .

Caller advised that a named male has been going to her residence and going through her belongings and she wants a CTW issued to the male.

Two females are inside the store and have their purses filled/walking out. Officer made contact/unknown what items were taken.

Thursday, Aug. 24

N. Swan Street
A named male is on scene again and caller does not want him there/while on phone caller advised the male just came to get his keys and left/no longer needs an officer.

E. 7th Street
Caller advised that her daughter is there and refusing to leave. Dispatcher could hear a lot of screaming then the line was disconnected. Upon callback caller advised she and her daughter have already left/no longer need an officer.

Truck just hit a LifeQuest van.

1415 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a dead deer is in the drainage way between Airgas and Lawley Ford.

Caller advised that a named individual left the residence and has schizophrenia. Caller from Pizza Hut advised that the individual is there and is not causing problems. Officer made contact and advised everything is okay.

Caller advised she can hear a female screaming her head off and also a male yelling. Officers out on foot with a female and a male/both clear.

Caller advised her tires were slashed. Officer made contact and caller advised that a child had slashed the tires. Officer made contact with the child and he admitted puncturing the tires/boy’s father advised he would pay for the damage . . .

Outside in a green Rodeo at this time/verbal. Officer made contact and gave one of the females a ride to Wrangler’s/the other female stated she was headed home to Pinos Altos.

2501 E. Highway 180
Male juvie and father is getting aggressive with loss prevention/will be in the back office. Officer made contact advising everything is okay.

Memory Lane
Caller advised she found kids running around outside alone/one has a diaper on, the second has pants and a shirt, and the third has no shirt or shoes. Officer made contact with the mother, did a walk-through of the house/house is okay for kids.

Leslie Road
Caller advised that her daughter broke a lot of items and hit caller. Caller advised she does not want her daughter at her apartment anymore and does not want to see her/she wants to pursue charges against her daughter.

1814 N. Swan Street
Caller advised that a male took a piece of jerky and walked out. Clerk advised the male might have put more items in his backpack. Officer had negative contact.

1300 Silver Heights Blvd.
Officer out with a Furniture Gallery truck with its parking lights on. Officer made contact with a named male and he will go and take care of this.

Caller advised that she can’t get a hold of an 83-year-old male and an 82-year-old female/their phone is always busy/advised that a 22-year-old named male is possibly there who does narcotics. Officer advised everything is okay/negative contact with caller.

Caller advised that his brother threw him out of his vehicle and busted his lip open/negative on ambulance.
