Caller wants CTWs issued to two named males.

Dead deer in the eastbound lane. Deputy advised deer was removed off the roadway.

Box Canyon Road – Cliff
A 2003 green Honda Foreman taken sometime over the weekend.

Disturbance
Lobo Road – Cliff
Caller needs to get her RV from a named individual and that person is threatening caller and won’t let her retrieve it. Deputy advised that one party left prior to arrival/verbal only.

Welfare check
Rosedale Road
Caller from Las Vegas, NV advised he hasn’t been able to contact his 68-year-old mom in two weeks. Deputy made contact with mom and advised everything is okay.

Mobile Drive
Deputy out at Mobile Drive re: pit bulls running loose/they were not running loose when the deputy arrived/several people were here to complain.

Vehicle burglary
Highway 35 – Lake Roberts
Caller advised her vehicle had broken down about two miles from the motel and when she went to pick it up the vehicle had been broken into. Deputy advised clear and the vehicle had been moved.

On child. Deputy advised baby is okay and did get a hold of SCPD.

Stolen motor vehicle
Silver City Golf Course
Two people took off in a golf cart. Caller advised they just returned it/no longer needs an officer.

Loud music
Rio de Arenas Road
Neighbor keeps playing his music too loud. Deputy made contact with homeowner and he turned the music down upon request.

Tuesday, Sept. 5

Welfare check
Gold Rush Road – Santa Rita
A named female called advising that her husband punched her but no one ever does anything about it then hung up. Officer in area.

Burglary
Fairway Drive
Caller advised that his house has been burglarized but he is on house arrest so he has to get permission from Judge Laney to go there.

Littering
Hudson Bridge
Trash on SB side. Advised public works and they will send someone.

Burglary
Partridge Drive
Door kicked in and the clothes dryer has been taken.

Vehicle burglary
W. Highway 180 at Mangas Valley
Caller advised that car windows are shattered and the radio and battery were stolen.

Unwanted subject
Kirkland Road – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that a named male is living with her and was evicted and still hasn’t left/he is getting combative and wanting to fight her. Deputy out at this address.

Domestic disturbance
Camino Seco – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that her son is fighting with his girlfriend then hung up. Deputies and NMSP made contact/female left prior to arrival/male outside and seems okay.

Wednesday, Sept. 6

Missing persons
Marguerite Lane – Tyrone
Caller advised that his 80-year-old friend is missing/caller has not been able to reach him.

Caller advised that her first-grade son has Asperger’s and is getting bullied by another student. Caller stated she had an unpleasant confrontation with the other child’s mother at the bus stop.

Burglary
Ventana de Sierra
Burglary discovered by a deputy who was executing a search warrant. Caretaker of the home will call tomorrow.

Accident-property damage
Mesa and Rosedale roads
4 shots in the area and there is a car that veered and stuck on the side of the road. Second caller advised the vehicle crashed into the tree.

Cottage San Road
40-year-old female walking north. Deputy has contact.

Reckless driver
Chalcocite Court – Tyrone
Caller advised that a green Ford pickup going into Tyrone slammed on its brakes in an attempt to make caller hit him. Deputy made contact with both parties and advised them to stay away from each other to avoid any further conflict.

Vehicle burglary
Chalcocite Court -- Tyrone
Deputy en route to a Pope Street address for follow up.

Disturbance
T&M Dairy Road
Caller advised that the neighbor is outside whistling and playing loud music and making all the dogs bark. Deputy had contact and advised the subject turned the music off, turned his lights off, and shut the door.

Thursday, Sept. 7

Welfare check
Highway 15 @ Ben Lilly
Subjects in a gray Oldsmobile are camping in the parking lot.

Identity theft
Saddlerock Canyon Road – Cliff
Someone opened up an account in caller’s name and she’s never had a credit card in her name.

Vehicle burglary
Helen Lynch Place
Walk-in advised that her vehicle was broken into.

Welfare check
Mimbres Yucca Drive – Upper Mimbres
Deputy made contact with the two juvenile females and advised they are okay.

Suspicious vehicle
Everest Point – Dos Griegos
Deputy set up frequent patrol for one month.

Caller wants to speak to a deputy in reference to being evicted. Deputy made contact and advised everything is okay/subject says it was a miscommunication of words/units clear.

Cottage San Road
Caller advised that her 15-year-old son is in a physical rage punching the walls and kicking her. Advised he got upset when she took his phone away. Deputy made contact and advised everything is okay/all units clear.
